Mission
To provide the citizens of San Diego, Texas with a fair and impartial court of law by interpreting and adjudicating applicable state laws and city ordinances.
Municipal Court strives to provide efficient and effective services through the promotion of justice. Municipal Court also provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities and individuals who speak another language.
Vulnerable Populations
If you are over age 65 or have a serious underlying health condition, such as high blood pressure, chronic lung disease, diabetes, obesity, asthma, or you have an immune system compromised by chemotherapy for cancer or other conditions requiring such therapy please contact the court by calling 361-279-3341 to discuss alternate accommodations to resolve your case.
